1. Agreement

By accessing or using Mailticket ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Mailticket is an email-based support ticketing service. It allows you to receive, organize, and respond to emails as tickets through a web interface. The Service processes emails that you forward to your Mailticket address.

3. Account registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Plans and billing

Mailticket offers a free plan and a paid plan. The free plan includes 1 inbox with unlimited tickets. The paid plan provides unlimited inboxes. All plans are subject to fair usage. Pricing is listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use the Service to send spam, malware, or unsolicited bulk email.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including email content and attachments. We process your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to forward emails to Mailticket, including any necessary consents from the email senders.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailticket is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law of the country where the service operator is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
